海洋微生物次生代谢的生物合成机制

摘要 海洋微生物,日益成为新颖次级代谢产物发现的理想资源。该课题在前期研究基础的基础上,继续进行抗菌、抗肿瘤和抗污损等结构新颖、活性独特的次级代谢产物的挖掘,同时开展这些化合物的生物合成机制研究,揭示酶学机理,提出次级代谢产物生物合成途径的分子和化学模型,进而利用组合生物学技术扩展其结构多样性,为获得具有自主知识产权的创新药物提供物质基础。 Marine microorganisms,are emerging as ideal resources for discovering new taxa and new secondary metabolites.Encouraging from our solid research data accumulated previously, we aim in this project to continuously isolate and identify new metabolites and to demonstrate their functions, such as antimicrobial, anti-fouling and anti-tumor, etc. In addition,we aim to elucidate the biosynthetic gene clusters so as to reveal their biosynthetic mechanisms and pathways, to enhance their structural diversity via combinatorial biosynthesis. The ultimate goal of this project is to provide a basis for discovering lead compounds with pharmaceutical potential.
