摘要
目的:探讨急诊脑卒中识别评分量表在院前急救中的筛选价值。方法:收治疑似脑卒中患者114例,采用辛辛那提院前脑卒中识别评分量表(CPSS)、急诊脑卒中识别评分量表(ROSIER)进行筛查,比较筛查结果。结果:两种量表的准确性比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在脑卒中的院前急救中,采用急诊脑卒中识别评分量表进行筛查,可有效识别脑卒中。
Objective:To explore the screening value of emergency stroke recognition rating scale in pre-hospital first aid.Methods:114 patients with suspected stroke were selected.They were screened using the cincinnati pre-hospital strokescale(CPSS) and emergency stroke recognition rating scale(ROSIER).We compared the results of screening.Results:The accuracyof the two scales was compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the pre-hospital first aid,emergency stroke recognition rating scale was used to screen,which can effectively identify the stroke.
