摘要
糖尿病酮症酸中毒是糖尿病常见的急性代谢并发症,部分患者合并急性胰腺炎,由于两种疾病的部分临床表现相同,且患者有糖尿病史,入院时多注重糖尿病酮症酸中毒,极易漏诊、误诊急性胰腺炎。本文分析糖尿病酮症酸中毒合并急性胰腺炎患者47例的诊治资料。
Diabetic ketoacidosis is a common acute metabolic complications of diabetes,and some patients usually combined with acute pancreatitis.Due to the same part of the clinical manifestations of two diseases and patients with a history of diabetes,diabetic ketoacidosis is more noticed on admission, so diagnosis and misdiagnosis of acute pancreatitis are easily missed.In this paper,clinical data of 47 patients with diabetic ketoacidosis complicating acute pancreatitis treatment information was analyzed.
