摘要
目的:分析风险管理在急诊科护理当中的运用方法和意义。方法:收治急诊科患者2 056例,对1 020例患者给予护理风险干预手段作为常规组,1 036例给予风险管理手段作为干预组,对比两组的护理差错、护理缺陷发生率。结果:干预组的护理差错发生率和护理缺陷发生率仅9.7‰,而常规组的护理差错发生率和护理缺陷发生率分别是7.8%、9.8%。结论:护理风险管理可以降低急诊护理过程中护理差错和护理缺陷的出现,提升急诊护理的准确性和有效性,降低急诊护理风险的发生率。
Objective:To analyze the application method and significance of risk management in emergency department nursing.Methods:2 056 cases of emergency department patients were selected.1 020 patients were given nursing risk intervention as theconventional group.1 036 cases were given the risk management as the intervention group.The incidence rates of nursing errorsand nursing defects were compared between groups.Results:The incidence rate of nursing errors and the incidence rate of nursingdefects in the intervention group was only 9.7‰ respectively.The incidence rate of nursing errors and the incidence rate of nursingdefects in the conventional group were 7.8% and 9.8%.Conclusion:Nursing risk management can reduce the occurrence of nursingerrors and nursing defects in emergency nursing process,improve the accuracy and effectiveness of emergency nursing,reduce theincidence of emergency nursing risk.
