摘要
目的：探讨膝关节镜手术患者的护理方法。方法：收治膝关节镜手术患者78例，术前予以心理疏导，完善相关检查，术前准备，术后严密观察，精心护理，预防并发症，加强功能锻炼，观察护理效果。结果：术后7～10d，78例患者均顺利出院，功能恢复良好。结论：术前做好相应护理，术后严密观察病情变化，加强康复锻炼指导，是保证膝关节镜手术成功的重要环节。
Objective:To explore the nursing method of patients with knee arthroscopy surgery.Methods:78 patients with kneearthroscopy surgery were selected.They were given psychological counseling before operation,perfected the relevant inspection,preoperative preparation,strict observation after the operation,careful nursing,complication prevention,strengthened the functionalexercise.The nursing effect was observed.Results:Postoperative 7 to 10 days,78 patients were successfully discharged,and thefunctional recovery was good.Conclusion:The appropriate nursing before operation,strict observation of the condition changesafter operation,strengthening the guidance of rehabilitation exercise are important links to ensure the success of the kneearthroscopy surgery.
