摘要
急性有机磷农药中毒是基层医院较常见的急重症疾病之一,病程短,毒性强,容易危及生命。在急救的同时,密切观察病情的变化,根据病情的变化,给予积极有效的护理等各项合理的急救措施,可以大大减少患者的死亡。对急性有机磷农药中毒的患者,还要给予及时的心理护理和健康教育。
Acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning is one of the more common acute and severe disease in primary hospital.The course of disease is short.The toxicity is strong,and it is easy to be in critical condition.At the same time,close observation ofthe change in the condition of first aid.According to the change of the disease,giving positive,effective nursing and otherreasonable first aid measures can greatly reduce the mortality rate of patients.Patients with acute organophosphorus pesticidepoisoning,but also to give timely psychological care and health education.
