摘要
目的:探讨路径式护理在甲状腺腺瘤切除术中的疗效。方法:收治实施甲状腺腺瘤切除术治疗的患者86例,分为两组,试验组应用路径式护理治疗,对照组实施常规护理,观察、比较两组患者术前等待时间、住院费用、住院时间、手术认知情况差异。结果:试验组术前等待时间、住院费用和住院时间同对照组比较明显下降,试验组对手术认知情况显著提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对甲状腺腺瘤切除术患者采用路径式护理可缩短术前等待时间和住院时间,提高患者知识知晓率。
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of path nursing in the application of patients with thyroid adenomaresection.Methods:86 patients with thyroid adenoma resection were selected.They were divided into the two groups.Theexperimental group was treated by path nursing,while the control group was given routine nursing.The preoperative waiting time,hospitalization expenses,hospitalization time,and the difference of cognition of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:The preoperative waiting time,hospitalization expenses,hospitalization time of the experimental group were significantlydecreased compared with the control group;patients in the experimental group were significantly improved in the cognition of theoperation;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Path nursing in the application of patients with thyroidadenoma resection can shorten the waiting time and length of stay,improve the awareness rate of patients.
