摘要
《内经》中记载的月相在指导养生保健方面起着重要的作用,月亮相位朔、弦、望、晦周期的循环变化影响着人们的生理病理,进一步可以指导临床疾病的防治。同时,治未病是当今世界医学发展研究的前沿方向。本文通过研究《内经》对月相的认识、月相在养生保健方面的应用和指导疾病的治疗,以管窥月相变化在当今养生保健中的应用前景。
The phase of the moon recorded in Nei Jing plays an important role in guiding health preserving.The cyclic change of phase positions of new moon, crescent, full moon and dark moon affects human’sphysiology and pathology, which can further guides the prevention and treatment of clinical diseases.Meanwhile, preventive treatment of diseases is the leading direction of the development of modern medicalscience. This article studied the understanding of phase of the moon and application of phase of the moon inhealth preserving and its guidance for disease treatment, with a purpose to have a restricted view on theapplication prospect of phase of the moon in current health preserving.
