摘要
根据航空发动机推力销的工作特性和受力建立其有限元模型,利用ANSYS软件的APDL语言编写参数化的结构应力有限元分析程序,并利用地面校准加载试验验证了计算结果的准确性。利用自编程序计算推力销在全飞行包线下的力学响应,并选取合理的安全系数,绘制出推力销的强度包线。对强度包线和工作包线的分析表明,推力销的工作包线被完全包络在强度包线内,结构强度满足重复测量的要求。
A Finite Element Model (FEM) of the aero-engine thrust pin was established according to the op?eration characteristic and loading condition. By utilizing APDL language of FEM Software ANSYS, a para?metric FEM program was formed to simulate the stress distribution of the pin. The results of simulationwere verified by ground calibration experiments. The mechanical response of the pin under full flight enve?lope was calculated in order to obtain the strength envelope of the pin with reasonable safety factor. Theanalysis shows that the working envelope is fully contained in the strength envelope, which ensures the re?peatability of the load measurement.
