摘要
教学任务分配是职业院校教学管理工作中针对于一线教师的一项最为基础的工作,教学任务分配的合理性直接影响到职业院校教学计划落实的科学性,甚至影响到职业院校教学工作的稳定性。教学任务分配中缺少人性化的管理和标准是导致教师甚至学生出现教学和学业倦怠的重要原因。应该在分析教学任务分配中人性化缺失的原因的基础上,提出具体的解决方案,让教学任务分配促进教学工作的顺利开展,让其在二级管理体制的制度精细化中得以体现和实施,为职业院校教学工作的计划制度环节填上人性的色彩,进而达到促进教学,促进人才培养目标实现的目的。
Teaching task allocation is one of the most basic work of the teaching management in vocational colleges.The rationality of the allocation of the teaching task directly affects the scientific nature of the teaching plan,and even affects the stability of the teaching work. The lack of human nature of management and standards in thedistribution of teaching tasks is an important reason for teachers and even students to appear in teaching and learningburnout. On the basis of analyzing the reasons of human nature in the teaching task allocation,the specific solution isput forward,which can be reflected and implemented in the system of the two level management system.
