摘要 建筑电气与智能化专业在品牌专业建设过程中,构建了一种"专业与行业直接对接"的工程人才培养模式.不断完善的人才培养方案,解决了该专业课程体系的完整性问题,将专业核心理论培养与工程实践能力和创新能力培养有机结合,在人才培养体系的构建上,为全国同类专业的全面发展提供了一个可以借鉴的成功模式. In the process of brand professional construction,building electrification and intellectualization is being carriedout with a training mode of “professional and industry directly docking” for the engineering talents.Our study’s goal is toconstantly improve the talent training scheme to solve the integrity problems of curriculum system of building electrificationand intellectualization profession.Out study also focuses on the cultivation of professional core theory and the talents’ engineeringpractical and innovational ability.On the construction of talent cultivation system,the results of the study mayprovide reference to the successful model for the comprehensive development of the similar profession.
