摘要
对国内砖木结构建筑的拆解进行研究,分析了拆解策略选择的影响因素,探讨了待拆解建筑状况的分析方法,在此基础上提出可行的拆解策略,以此实现砖木建筑及其材料价值的充分挖掘,满足其后续的多样化利用,提高拆解的综合效益,促进未来建筑拆解的顺利开展.
This paper has done some researches on the widespread deconstruction of the brick-wood building.It analyzesthe factors that influence deconstruction strategy,and explores the analysis methods of the conditions of the building to bedeconstructed.On this basis,it makes dismantling strategies possible to achieve fully valuable exploitation of buildingsand their materials,which will meet subsequently diversified reuses and improve the overall efficiency of dismantling.Itcan ensure the smooth progress of dismantling finally .
