摘要
近年来,研究生招生人数不断增加,研究生管理面临新的形势。目前,很多高校对研究生实行校院二级管理模式,这种管理模式优势明显,但也存在一定的局限性。如何进一步发挥校院二级管理模式的优势,克服其局限性,需要对校院二级管理模式进行改革和完善。本文以中国计量学院质量与安全工程学院为例,探究校院二级管理模式下的二级学院研究生培养管理模式改革方法与路径。
in recent years,graduate enrollment increased,the graduate management faces new situation. At present,many colleges and universities to graduate to implement school two-level management model. This management modehas the advantages of obvious,but there are certain limitations. How to further develop the school two class managementmode advantage,overcome its limitations and need to to school two class management mode to reform and perfect. Thispaper to China Institute of metrology,quality and safety engineering,for example,explore school two level managementmode under the secondary school of postgraduate cultivation management mode reformpath and method.
