摘要
在快速城镇化的背景下,城市特色正逐渐模糊,城市历史文化景观是能够彰显城市特色的重要内容,需要从城市层面进行系统性的保护和提升,以缓解其孤岛化和破碎化的现状。以扬州市城市绿地系统规划为例,在编制手法上提出城市历史文化景观专项规划。梳理城市历史文化景观与城市绿地的复杂关系,从市域、规划区、中心城区3个层面,构建城市历史文化景观结构。以城市绿地为具体物质形态,促进城市历史文化景观结构和城市历史景观保护网络的形成。基于城市整体区位形象提出全面提升方案,对保育城市文化特色有重要作用的结构性城市历史文化景观进行重点突破,指引城市绿地系统规划的绿地布局和绿地主题定位,促进城市历史文化景观保护体系的形成。
Under the background of rapid urbanization, urban characteristics are increasingly blurred, urban historical and cultural landscapeplays an important part in highlighting city characteristics,and it requires systematic protection and promotion from the city level, in order toease the current situation of being islanded and fragmented. Taking Yangzhou City Green Space System Planning as an example, it adjusts thestructure of the planning of urban green space system, and puts forward urban historical and cultural landscapes special planning of urban greenspace system. It teases out the complex relationship between the city's historical and cultural landscape and urban green space, and builds urbanhistorical and cultural landscape structure based on city zone, planning area and downtown levels. It promotes the formation of the structure andprotection network of the city's historical and cultural landscape through the concrete material form of urban green space. It guides urban greenspace system planning of green space layout and theme positioning with a comprehensive upgrade program and key breakthrough strategies. Itpromotes the formation of urban historical and cultural landscape protection system.
