摘要
本文立足基层央行工作实际,总结近年来依法行政工作取得的主要成效,梳理了新常态下推进基层央行依法行政工作存在的薄弱环节,借鉴国外依法行政经验,提出对策建议,加快推进基层央行依法行政建设和法治央行建设。
Based on the actual work of grassroots central bank,the paper summarizes the main effect and weak ofadministration according to law in recent years,then draws lessons from the experience of foreign administration ac?cording to law. Finally the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to accelerate the grassroots cen?tral bank’s administration according to law and the rule of the central bank construction.
