摘要
海上新丝路为广西经济发展提供了重要"机会窗口"。广西目前的发展战略旨在借区位优势的通道效应推动经济发展,该战略尚不足以把握机会窗口带来的所有机遇,仍需优化。文章提出两个改进方案:一是强化区域经济创新驱动力,二是对人力资源整合进行系统的制度安排。
New Maritime Silk Road provides the opportunity for the new regional economic development inGuangxi. It’s crucial for Guangxi to transcend. The development strategy in Guangxi currently aims to take advantageof location-channel effects and then promote regional economic development. However,this is not enough to hold allof the opportunities. We still need to optimize the development Strategy in Guangxi Economic. There are two comple?mentary improvement program:the first is to strengthen the innovation and the driving force of endogenous growth,thesecond is to develop institutional arrangements to integrate human resources.
