利用光伏行业中废弃石英坩埚制备硅质电瓷 被引量:4

Preparation of Silicon Dioxide-based Electroceramics Using Discarded Quartz Crucible from Photovoltaic Industry

摘要 以废弃石英坩埚、苏州土、长石和铝矾土等为原料制备硅质电瓷。采用DTA-TG、XRD、SEM、介电常数测试仪和材料试验机等测试方法,研究了配方组成和烧成温度对硅质电瓷的物相组成、微观形貌、机械性能和介电性能的影响规律。结果表明:当废弃石英坩埚粉末40%、苏州土40%、钾长石15%和铝矾土5%,在烧成温度1300℃、保温时间30 min条件下,可以获得介电性能和机械性能较佳的硅质电瓷,其介电常数(εr)为7.15,介质损耗(tanθ)为19.50×10^(-3),弯曲强度为76.45 MPa和热稳定性ΔT≥180℃。 Silicon dioxide-based electroceramics were prepared, using discarded quartz crucible, kaolin, feldspar and bauxite as startingmaterials. The effects of batch formula and firing temperature on phase composition, microstructure, mechanical performance and dielectricproperties of silicon dioxide-based electroceramics were investigated by XRD, SEM, material testing machine and dielectric constant testinginstrument. The results show that silicon dioxide-based electroceramics with good dielectric and mechanical properties are obtained when thebatch formula is composed of 40% discarded quartz crucible powder, 40% kaolin, 15% feldspar and 5% bauxite, the firing temperature is1300 ℃ and the holding time is 30 min. The dielectric constant (εr) and dielectric loss (tanθ) of silicon dioxide - based electroceramic are 7.15and 19.50×10-3, respectively. The bending strength and thermal shock resistance (ΔT ) of silicon dioxide - based electroceramic are 76.45 MPaand above 180 ℃, respectively.
