摘要
介绍了近年来Y-TZP材料低温老化现象的研究进展,以及低温老化现象在齿科应用中的最新研究。着重分析了影响老化现象的三个因素,即稳定剂的种类和含量、剩余应力和晶粒尺寸。最后根据老化机制提出了一些防止老化的措施,并展望Y-TZP材料今后在齿科领域的应用。
This paper reviews the recent research achievements on the low temperature degradation (LTD) behavior of yttria doped tetragonalzirconia polycrystals (Y-TZP) and their dental application. It is shown that the three factors affecting the aging phenomenon are the stabilizertype and content, the residual stress and the grain size. Finally, based on the aging mechanisms, some measures to prevent LTD are putforward, and the future application prospects of Y-TZP material in the dentistry are predicted.
