摘要
目的 运用自编软件计算左心室心肌的局部增厚率 ,研究门控心肌断层显像诊断局部室壁运动的价值。方法 根据正常人数据建立诊断标准 ,与心动超声局部室壁运动评分进行比较 ,诊断 15例患者的局部室壁运动 ,运用 χ2 检验分析两种方法的一致性。结果 判断局部室壁运动异常的准确性为 72 .7% ,灵敏度为 6 5 .9% ,特异性为 79.8%。结论 通过该方法判断局部室壁运动准确、可靠 。
Objective Calculation of the segmental wall thickening rate (SWTR) using self developed software was evaluated. Methods Normal database was established from those whose myocardial perfusion images were normal. Results Fifteen patients using this normal database were verified by ultrasound using chi square test outcoming with the accuracy rate of 72.7%, sensitivity 65.9%, and specificity 79.8%. Conclusion We are looking forward to seek more accurate diagnosis of myocardial ischemia through this new technology by combining the regional function and perfusion of left ventricle.
