摘要
将尿素合成塔腐蚀特征与历年生产工况进行比较分析认为,频繁开停车和脱硫剂粉末带进系统是尿素合成塔腐蚀的外在因素,内衬焊缝焊接热影响区内的缺陷是引起腐蚀的内在因素。为此,提出若于措施并取得较好的防腐效果。
Through comparing and analyzing the corrosive feature and previous operation conditions of urea converter, it is found that the external factors of urea converter corrosion are the converter being started off and shut off frequently, and desulphur agent powder being brought into converter. The internal factor of urea converter corrosion is the defect of heat affected zone aroud lining melding seam. Some effective anticorrosive methods are presented.
