摘要
腈纶溶剂回收装置的污水处理过程中 ,由于浓硫酸与水混合后产生大量的热 ,腐蚀条件极为苛刻 ,管线腐蚀泄漏频繁 ,影响正常生产。本文对问题进行了分析 ,并提出改进措施 ,取得了良好的效果和经济效益。
During the disposal of waste water in the recycle device of acrylic fibre solvent,for a good deal of heat of solution produced by mixing oil of vitriol with water,the cauterization is rigorous,the line is rusted and leaked frequently.This paper analyses this problem and put forwards some ways to ameliorate it,it has got good effect and gained a large amount of benefit.
