苎麻油纤兼收对纤维产量及单纤维支数的效应 被引量:4

Effect of Fiber-oil Dual-purpose on Fiber Yield and Single Fiber Counts in Ramie [Boehmeria nivea (L.) Gaud.]

摘要 以光钝感苎麻 NG1 为材料 ,于三麻现蕾始期摘除花器 ,每 7天收获一次种子和原麻 ,并与同期收获的自然开花结实株 (ck)比较。结果发现 :虽然同期收获的开花结实株的原麻产量低于摘除花器株 ,但前者的单纤维支数反而高于后者。种子成熟期迟于纤维工艺成熟期两个星期 ,于种子成熟期收获 ,NG1 的单纤维支数比工艺成熟期下降仅5 .2 0 % ,原麻产量提高 4.0 4% ,而种子增重达 2 6 .11%。说明种子成熟期的光合产物主要运往种子而不是韧皮纤维。三麻油、纤兼收对单纤维支数的提高是有利的 。 The third crop of ramie NG 1, a photoperiod-neutral ramie line, was treated by two methods: one was naturally flowering and bearing (CK), and the other was to remove its flower organs (RF). The seed and fiber were harvested every 7 days. The fiber yield of CK plants was lower than that of RF at the same harvest stage, but the single fiber counts was higher than that of RF. Seed maturity was later two weeks than fiber maturity. When seeds matured, NG 1 fiber counts decreased only 5.20%, raw ramie yield increased 4.04%, and seed weight increased 26.11%, compared with that when fiber matured. It was shown that photosynthetic products were not mainly transferred to bast fiber but to seeds. For the third crop of ramie, the dual-propose for fiber and oil was feasible because the harvest time was much later than the fiber maturity in practice.
