摘要 T淋巴细胞是构成机体细胞免疫反应的中心环节 ,而 T细胞的激活、增殖、分化及凋亡均与细胞内引发的一系列信号通路直接相关。本文就信号转导在 T细胞激活、增殖和凋亡中的作用及其研究进展作一述评。
