知识经济时代,特别是中国加入世界贸易组织后,企业间的竞争关键是人才的竞争。只有认清形势,强化人才意识,进一步更新人才观念和用人观念,才能做好人才工作,从容应对入世挑战。
In the era of knowledge economy,especially after china' s access to WTO,the key of competitio n among enterprises relies on the competition of talents.Only r ecognizing the position,strengthening the consciousness of talents,f urther refreshing the concepts of talents,can we better exploit the ta lents and accept the challenge of WTO access at ease.
