摘要 由于液化气热分层的存在 ,LPG储罐内的压力增长加快。同时 ,还可能影响到蒸汽爆炸。液化石油气温度越高 ,泄压时产生的气泡量就越大。当温度接近过热极限时变化更加剧烈。所以研究蒸汽爆炸 ,不可能不考虑分层。对液化石油气储罐内的热分层现象进行了数值模拟 。 The stratification layer not only makes pressure increase faster, but also influences the process of possible BLEVE. It is because higher temperature means that greater numbers of bubbles are formed more rapidly upon sudden depressurization. As the liquid temperature approaches the superheat limit, the nucleation rate changes greatly. So when BLEVE is studied, it is improper to ignore the thermal stratification within liquid content. In this paper, thermal stratification is modeled, and its influence on BLEVE is analyzed. At the same crack pressure, less energetic response would be expected when stratification is included than when not considered. Under different heat condition, stratification layer may vary. As a result, the trace of the rebound pressure is different.
