摘要
本文综述我国露天煤矿开采中引发的环境问题和地质灾害 ,在总结历史经验教训的基础上 ,从法制、政府管理。
This paper discusses the environmental problems,geologic hazards brought about by China's opencut coal mine mining and prevention & mitigation measures in terms of legislation,government management and mining technology etc.based on the historical experiences and lessons.
