摘要
南通市如东纺织橡胶厂研制的NFR—C系列双层小套差胶辊,经各地300多家两年的试验,其性能指标达到先进水平。本文介绍了该产品的特点,试纺结果。成纱条干CV值较优,且胶辊制作简单,有利于工人健康,属值得推广的新型纺纱器材。
NFR-C series two-layered and close-fitted rubber cots developed by Rudong Textile Rubber Plant of Nantong City have been trail-used in more than 300 textile mills throughout China for two years.It is proved that the performance indexes of such cots have reached the advanced level.This article introduces the characteristics of the cots.The spinning tests show that CV% of the spun yarns are good.In addition,the manufacturing process of the cots is simple, which is good for workers' health,so NFR-C series rubber cots are taken as one of the new spinning accessories that are worth popularizing.
