摘要
地方师范院校应在坚持现有实力与社会发展需要相结合、扶重保强与学科布局需要相结合、师范优势与综合发展相结合原则的基础上对学科进行调整 ,同时注意解决好学术带头人选拔、人才梯队组建、学术交流、理论联系实际等问题 ,优化学科建设 ,带动科技发展。
High-quality subjects are the essence for colleges. The level of scientific research eventually reflects the level of the subjects. Considering the actual conditions of the local teachers colleges as well as the relationship between subject construction and technological development, the paper points out that the local teachers colleges should combine their own strength with the needs of social development, combine support and protection of the key subjects with the overall subject distribution, and combine teacher education with the comprehensive development in order to solve problems like subject adjustment, selection of academic leaders, echelon formation for the staff, academic exchanges etc. for the optimization of the subject construction and technological development.
