摘要
涡管排沙工程具有结构简单、造价低廉、运行管理方便、排沙能力强等优点,适合于在从山溪性河流引水推移质多的渠道上进行泥沙处理.本文通过理论推导及试验研究,提出了涡管分流比、涡管截沙率和挟沙力的计算公式.根据研究及设计实践,提出涡管工程位置、平面布置、主要尺寸确定的方法,和水力计算的方法步骤,并附有相应的计算实例.现在新疆已建成涡管排沙工程两处,运行情况良好.拟建工程数处.模型试验表明,在大流量(Q=56m^3/s)小佛汝德数(Fr<O.4)的水电站引水渠道上修建涡管排沙工程也是完全可能的,这大大扩展了涡管排沙工程的应用范围.
Sediment flushing by vortex tube in main canal has superiorities over other sand trapping devices in many respects. Its structure is simple and construction cost is low. It is easy to operate and has a powerful ability to flush sediment. It is especially suitable to the management of bed load in main canal from which draws water for mountainous stream: In this paper, based on the theoretical and experimental studies, formulas of diversion ratio, trapping efficiency and carrying capacity of the vortex tube are presented. Methods of determining the location, plane layout and dimensions of the vortex tube, and methods of the hydraulic computations of the vortex tube are also presented, appending an exemple of actual engineering. There are two ovrtex tubes having been constructed in Xinjiang. They all work well.Model experiment shows that, sediment flushing by vortex tube is feasible on the water power canal with low Froude number (Fr<0.4) and larger discharge (Q>m3/s). The domain suitable for sediment flushing by vortex tube have been enlarged.
