摘要
目的:探讨糖尿病(DM)大鼠钙调节激素的变化。方法:测定实验性糖尿病大鼠及自由择食大鼠空腹血糖、胰岛素(Ins)、骨密度、骨钙素、降钙素、甲状旁腺激素(PTH)和维生素D3。结果:糖尿病大鼠与正常对照组相比,骨密度明显降低(P<0.01),骨钙素(BGP)水平有升高趋势,但无显著性差异(P>0.05),降钙素水平、维生素D3显著降低(P均<0.01),PTH显著升高(P<0.01)。结论:糖尿病状态下存在骨量减少、钙调节激素异常,主要表现为骨密度明显降低,甲状旁腺激素升高,维生素D3及降钙素水平降低。糖尿病骨质疏松可能与钙调节激素功能紊乱密切相关。
Objective:To explore the changes of regulating hormones for calcium in experi-mental diabetic rats.Method:The blood levels of fasting blood-glucose,insulin,bone mineral density(BMD),bone gla protein(BGP),calcitonin(CT),parathyroid hormone(PTH)and vitamin D3of experi-mental diabetic rats and free-feeding rats were measured.Results:The levels of BMD,CT and vita-min D3were significantly decreased(P<0.01),but the level of PTH were significantly increased(P<0.01)for the experimental diabetic rats compared with normal rats.The level of BGP showed rising tendency but had not significantly difference(P>0.05)for the diabetic rats.Conclusion:These results infer that experimental diabetic rats show osteopenia and abnormal calcium regulating hormones and diabetic osteoporosis might be closely related to dysfunction of regulating hormones for calcium.
