摘要
应用HGD—A型痔疮电子治疗仪治疗痔疮60例,其中内痔34例,混合痔26例,总有效率为100％,显效痊愈率达96.67％。电子治疗仪的治疗原理是以微电流的电解效应为主与电热效应的综合作用,使痔组织血管内血栓形成、纤维化、电凝坏死、萎缩,从而达到治疗目的。
Using HGD—A Hemorrhoid Electronic Treating Instrument, we have treated 60 cases, in which there are 34 cases with internal piles, 26 cases with mixed piles. The total effective rate was 100%, marked effect and recovery rate reached 96.67%. The therapeutic mechanism of the electronic instrument is the combination of electrolysis by minor current as well as electrothermal effect. It causes thrombosis in the vessels of pile tissues, fibrosis, electocoagulation, necrosis and atrophy in order to cure piles. It is confirmed clinically that the maneuver of this instrument is very simple, the electronic treatment doesn't cause any Harmful local reaction, therefore, it is a high-effective therapy to cure hemorrhoids recently.
