摘要
目的探讨瓣膜重建术治疗下肢原发性深静脉瓣膜功能不全的方法和疗效。方法采用膨体聚四氟乙烯人造血管行股浅静脉瓣膜戴戒重建术治疗下肢原发性深静脉瓣膜功能不全30例(39条患肢)。结果术后随访8～24月,所有患者症状缓解,12例溃疡均愈合,无一例复发。结论该手术安全,有效,疗效满意。主要适用于轻、中度倒流性病变患者。对双股静脉畸形的患者,术前诊断要明确,应同时行双股浅静脉第1对瓣膜戴戒术。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of the ringing of femoral veins deep-venous valv e reconstruction surgery in the treatment of patients with venou s reflux disease of the leg.Methods 30cases(39limbs)of the incompetent valve of the femoral vein were treated by ringing of the superficial femoral venous 1s t valve.Results Following up for 8～24months ,the result was satisfactory,ulcer healed promptly.Conclusion The ringing and repairing of the venous valve was a simple and ef-fective treatment,suitable for levelⅡ～Ⅲvenous valvular incompetence.The b oth femoral veins should be ringed in the treatment of primary valvular incompetence of double deep vein deformity.[
