摘要
水与生化物质之间相互作用的热力学特征研究长期以来一直很活跃。由于糖类及其衍生物等多羟基化合物在水溶液中的行为比较复杂,目前尚无一致的看法。本文测定了25℃的单硫酸卡那霉素(C<sub>18</sub>H<sub>36</sub>N<sub>4</sub>O<sub>11</sub>·H<sub>2</sub>SO<sub>4</sub>,1)水溶液和1-乙醇水溶液的稀释热。同时对乙醇水溶液的稀释热也重新进行了测定。根据水溶液中过量焓的Virial表达式,可以导出下列关系式:
The heat of dilution of kanamycin monosulfate, ethanol and their mixtures in water
have been determined at 25℃ with a flow-microcalorimeter. The results were discussed
using the McMillan-Mayer theory, by which the virial enthalpy coefficients of the excess
enthalpies of binary and ternary solutions were evaluated. Data for ethanol agreed well
with published literatures. All enthalpic pair interaction coefficients are positive, whereas
triple interaction coefficients are negative for kanamycin monosulfate, and positive for
ethanol. The signs of the pair interaction coefficients are attributed to the release of water
molecules from the hydration spheres during aggregation. The concepts of cooperativity
and compatibility have been used for interpreting these anomalous enthalpy coefficients.
