摘要
本文首次报导应用稀士配位催化剂聚合甲基丙烯酸甲酯的研究结果。研究了5种配体的钕盐,苯、甲苯、加氢汽油。正己(?)、乙酸乙酯、二氧六环、THF等7种溶剂对聚合的影响以及烷基铝和钕盐的摩尔比、聚合温度等对聚合的影响。所得聚合物含有75%的间同结构。此外,研究了聚合条件对聚合物分子量和结构的影响。聚合物的GPC谱图存在两个明显的分离峰,说明聚合体系中可能有两个活性中心。
It is the first time that methyl methaciylate is polymerized successfully by rare earth coordination catalysts. The affection to polymerization, which is caused by ligand of Nd salt, polymerization solvents, A1/Nd mole ratio, polymerization temperature etc, was studied. The content of syndio tacticity in PMMA is about 75 %, fhe molecular weight and its distribution of PMMA were studied also with Waters-208 GPC instrument. There may be two kinds of catalyst active centres in the polymerization system.
