摘要
目的 :研究洗涤剂对小白鼠脂质过氧化的影响。方法 :给小白鼠分别饮用 1/ 4 0、 1/ 2 0、 1/ 10 L D50 的洗涤剂水溶液 30天 ,同时设对照组 ,测定血清中丙二醛 (MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性。结果 :两种洗涤剂可使小白鼠 MDA含量明显增加 ,SOD活性明显降低 ,与阴性对照组比较 P<0 .0 5。结论 :洗涤剂能使体内脂质过氧化含量显著增加 。
Objective:To study the effect of two brands of detergents on lipid peroxidation in mice.Methods:The detergent solution of doses of 1/40,1/20 and 1/10LD 50 were taken freely by mice for 30 days.The content of serum malondialdehyde(MDA) and activity of serum superoxide dismutase(SOD) in mice were measured after 30 days,respectively.Result:The two brands of detergents could increase the content of serum MDA and decrease the activity of serum SOD in mice( P <0 05).Conclusion:The detergents might damage the body because of its effect of increasing lipid peroxidation.
