摘要
目的 :了解从不同时间、不同地点食物中毒标本中分离到的 3株肠致病性大肠杆菌 (EPEC) O12 8∶ K6 7(B1 2 )是否存在着种间生物学差异。方法 :用同批试剂 ,对上述 3株细菌进行生化反应、噬菌体裂解及药敏等各种生物学试验。结果 :3株 EPECO12 8∶ K6 7(B1 2 )存在着四项生化反应差异 ;噬菌体裂解模式也不同 ;药敏试验结果亦存在着差异。结论 :同一血清型 EPEC O12 8∶ K6 7(B1 2 )存在着种间生物学差异。
Objective:To understand the biological relationship amomg three enteropathogenic E.coli(EPEC) O128∶K67(B 12 ) stratins separated from two food poisoning events with different time and place.Methods:Biochemical teaction,phagelysis,and antibiotic susceptibility testing to the three strains were conducted with the same batch reagents.Results:There were four different items of biochemical test in three EPEC O128∶K67(B 12 ) strains.There were some differences on phage test and antibiotic susceptibility as well.Conclusion:There were biological differences among EPEC O128∶K67(B 12 ) strains.
