摘要
冷轧工作辊属于大锻件 ,不仅淬火时因热应力而易发生横向断裂 ,而且使用中也常常发生硬化层剥落。通过失效分析 :冷轧工作辊淬火时心部热应力的方向是纵向拉应力 ,为此 ,设计和制作了可在淬火冷却时沿纵向加压的吊具 ,并且降低了淬火温度 ,削减了淬火时心部的纵向拉应力 ,避免了冷轧工作辊因淬火而引起的横向断裂。由于降低了淬火加热温度 ,所以延长了淬火加热的时间 ,加深了淬硬层的厚度 ,克服了冷轧工作辊使用中的硬化层剥落 。
The cold rolling working roll is manufactured from big forging. With the thermal stress, it's often broken transversally or peeled in service. It is known by failure analysis, the direction of internal thermal stress caused by quenching is longitudinal. So a hanger, which exerts a longitudinal pressure on work piece during cooling of quenching was designed and made. In this way the quenching temperature, the internal longitudinal stress is reduced and the transversal breakage is avoided. Because of lower quenching temperature, the heating time should be prolonged and the thickness of hardened layer and then the service life of cold rolling working roll is increased.
