摘要
实验结果分析表明 :在散料体填充床中粉体均匀分布对气流阻力的影响要优于集中分布。据此提出了高炉炼铁两段式 (含多段式 )喷吹煤粉新工艺 :在高炉软熔带上部、炉腰或炉身下部的区间设置第二段煤粉喷枪孔 ,以惰性气体作载气 ,将煤粉喷入高炉。该工艺可实现 :大喷吹条件下高炉稳定顺行 ,可增加喷煤量约5 0 kg/ t;保护炉内焦炭强度 ,缓解增加喷煤量后对焦炭质量提出的要求 ;
The results of laboratory show:effect of uniform-distributed powder in the packed bed on the resistance to fluid flow is superior to that of concentrated powder. Bisegment, (including multiple-segment) Pulverized Coal Injection (BiPCI) as a new technique for BF ironmaking has been proposed. For BiPCI: over the cohesive zone or at the belly or in lower part of the shaft, a second lances are located. And the PC is fed into BF through the second lances with inert gas. The process could realize: BF smooth running with a coal injection rate increased by 50 kg/t; relieving the strict requirements for coke quality;prolonging BF lining life and reducing thermal loss.
