摘要
研究了不同铜含量的低合金高强钢 (HSL A)在 45 0~ 6 5 0℃时效时的行为 ,用光学显微镜和电镜观察分析了钢中各种析出物的相互影响及其对组织变化的相互作用 ,以及这种相互作用与时效过程中硬度变化的关系。试验结果表明 :时效是组织软化与析出硬化两种机制相互竞争的结果 ,析出硬化过程包括ε- Cu析出、铌的碳氮化物析出以及含铬的碳化物析出 3种强化效应。
The aging at 450~650 ℃ for HSLA steels with various copper content has been measured. The interaction between precipitate and the effect of the microstructure and precipitate on hardness of specimens were analyzed with the aid of optical and TEM microscope. The result indicated that precipitation hardening and microstructure tempering occur during aging. ε Cu, Nd carbonitride and Cr carbide were found during aging which contribute to the hardening. The combined action of these precipitations resulted in the complexity of the hardness curve.
