提高反刍动物瘤胃微生物蛋白质产量的新构思 被引量:2

A New Conception on Increacing the Production of Microbial Protein in the Rumen

摘要 本文综述了国内外有关瘤胃微生物蛋白质研究的大量资料,认为:(1)国内外现行的反刍动物蛋白质评价体系把瘤胃微生物蛋白质产量作为一个常量与实际不符,是错误的。瘤胃微生物蛋白质产量在1.25—59.7gMN/kg DOMR 之间。(2)影响瘤胃微生物蛋白质产量的因素很多,日粮的氮源、能量饲料发酵速度及排空率对瘤胃微生物蛋白质产量有明显的影响。其它的一些因素如:采食量、饲料加工、日粮组成、气温、纤毛虫等对其产量的影响还有待于进一步研究。(3)研究提高瘤胃微生物蛋白质产量的原理和方法,具有广阔的前景。 A large number of studies on microbial protein in the rumen are reveiwed.The authors suggest that,(1)The present system of protein evaluation regards the prodnction of microbial protein in the rumen as a constant.This assumption is wrong because it is not agrec with the reported results.The production of microbial protein ranged between 12.5 and 59.7 gMN/kg DOMR,(2)Mang factors Can influence the production of microbial protein in the rumen.The source of dietary deyradable protein or N,the source of fermentable energy and rumen dilution rate affect the production of microbial protein in the rumen Signifacantly,others,such as feeding intake,feed processing,the compsition of ration,presence of protozoa and temperature,are still much needed to study in the future, (3)investigation of the methods to achieve the improvement in microbial protein supply to the animal and their underlying principle provides a wide area for research work in the fathure.
