摘要
采用放射免疫分析法测定了12头卵巢囊肿奶牛(其中卵泡囊肿8头,黄体囊肿4头)脱脂乳中孕酮和17β一雌二醇水平。结果卵泡囊肿奶牛脱脂乳中孕酮和17β一雌二醇水平分别为0.46±0.31ng/ml和26.33±12.44pg/ml;黄体囊肿奶牛脱脂乳中孕酮和17β一雌二醇水平分别为3.46±1.79ng/ml和8.25±1.35pg/ml。结果还表明,卵巢囊肿奶牛通过测定脱脂乳中孕酮水平可作出准确诊断,孕酮水平大于1ng/ml为黄体囊肿,小于1ng/ml为卵泡囊肿;卵泡囊肿奶牛脱脂乳中17β一雌二醇水平较高,且和病程长短有关。
Specimens of fat-free milk from 12 dairy cows with ovarian cyst were collected to determine the concentration of progesterone (P_4) and oestradiol—17β (17β—E_2) with RIA. The results showed that the concentration of P_4 and 17β—E_2 in the milk from dairy cows with follicular cyst (n=8) were 0.46±0.31ng/ml and 26.33±12.44pg/ml respectively, and in the milk from dairy cows with luteal cyst (n=4) were 3.46±1.79ng/ml and 8.25±1.35pg/ml respectively. The results also showed that the ovarian cyst in the cow could be made a definite diagnosis by the determination of P_4 concentration in the patient's fat-free milk with RIA. The P_4 concentration in milk>1ng/ml indicated the cow was suffering from luteal cyst, but the P_4 concentration<1ng/ml indicated the cow was suffering from follicular cyst. The concentration of 17β—E_2 in specimens of fat-free milk from cows with follicular cyst were higher than normal and there was a relationship between the concentration of 17β—E_2 and the course of disease
