桃耳七中鬼臼毒素的分离与纯化(英文) 被引量:2

摘要 来自太白山的小檗科植物桃耳七 ( Sinopodophyllum emodi Wall.)中含有一种抗肿瘤的木脂素——鬼臼毒素。为了通过简便的方法从桃耳七中制得纯度较高的鬼臼毒素 ,对分离纯化鬼臼毒素的方法进行了研究。发现鬼臼毒素在苯中析出时能生成一种苯加合物 ,根据这一特性 ,在不使用柱层析法的情况下 ,只通过普通的化学分离法制得了质量分数大于 95%的鬼臼毒素 ,总产率为 1 .7%。 Sinopodophyllum emodi Wall., which is a common herb in Taibai Mountain,Shaanxi,China,contains an antitumor lignan, podophyllotoxin. For preparation the podophyllotoxin with higher purity from Sinopodophyllum emodi Wall. by handy way, the method of separation and purification of podophyllotoxin is studied. A nature of podophyllotoxin is found. This is that a benzene adduct of podophyllotoxin is formed when podophyllotoxin is crystallized in benzene solvent. According to this, podophyllotoxin which mass percent is more than 95% has been made only by common chemical separating method without column delamination, and total yield is 1.7%.
