摘要
对采用功能性有机填料降低现有涂料的发射率进行了研究。在合成了一系列席夫碱有机填料基础上 ,利用自制的环化胶粘合剂、筛选的市售颜料同席夫碱配制了绿色、土黄色涂料 ,得到了最低发射率分别为0 .69和 0 .63的绿色和土黄色涂样 ,对席夫碱影响涂料发射率的机理进行了初步探讨。
It is presented in this paper how the emissivity of current camouflage coating is reduced by using some functional organic fillers.After a series of schiff bases are synthesized,circled rubber liguid,selected masket pigments and schiff bases are used to prepare color coating.Some green and yellow coatings with minimum emissivities of 0.69 and 0.63 respectively have been produced in this process.In the meantime,the mechanism of coating emissivity affected by schiff bases is given an initial discussion.
