摘要
本文论述了新型离子交换剂──单辛基磷酸钛的三种不同合成方法,研究了不同 合成方法对产物结晶行为、比表面和孔径的影响关系.结果表明,直接沉淀法制得高比表面 积的无定型产物,HF酸重结晶法可得到高结晶度、低比表面积的产物.回流法所得产物的 表面性质介于上述两者之间.
In this paper is made a comparison of three different methods for synthesis of titanium his (mono-octyl phosphate) the ion-exchanger in an attempt to find out the differences in crystallization behavior and specific surface area and pore diameter of the products thus prepared. It is found that amorphous products with high specific surface area are obtained in the course of direct precipitation; products with low specific surface area and high crystallization degree are obtained when re-crystallized by HF acid; and products with surface behaviors in between the two mentioned above is obtained when the reflux process is used.
