摘要
通过对武汉钢铁公司5#高炉TRT机组叶片故障进行诊断,分析了故障的原因,指出积灰、气流脱流和堵塞加剧了叶片的冲蚀磨损,从而导致机组故障。提出了排除机组故障的方案,实施后效果良好。
Failures of TRT set blades of No.5 blast furnace of Wuhan Iron &Steel Co. were diagnosed. Causes of the failures were analyzed. It showed that dust, stall and blockage aggravated washing abrasion of the blades, resulting in failures of the set. The plan to eliminate the failureswas proposed, which obtained better effect in practice.
