摘要
本文对电网小火电管理问题进行了探讨,对小火电在电网发展中的作用及其弊端进行了分析,并提出了具体管理措施。这对节约能源、改善环境、稳定电价、发展电力事业,将会起到一定的积极作用。
This paper explores electricity network management of the small coal pow er plants,analyses their functions and deficiencies in the electricity net development,present s specific management for it.This wi ll be useful for energy conservation,environmental improvement,electricity price stability and the developme nt of electricity industry.
