摘要
项目基准线的确定方法是清洁发展机制(CDM)研究中至今没有解决的一个重要问题,它也是影响CDM具体实施的一个关键问题。本文根据CDM项目的两个重要特征,项目基准线和CERs获得的时间期限,将CDM项目划分为5种类型,并对每种类型的基准线的特点与适用范围进行了分析。
Methodology of project baseline determination is an important issue whi ch has not be fully devel-oped now in CDM study,it also is a key p ractical issue in CDM project applic ation.Acoording to the two key characraste of CDM project,project baseline and crediting period,we di vede the CDM projecs to five types,an d analyze the features and use method o f each type of CDM projects .
