摘要
通过对近几年我国能源管理体制存在问题的分析和与国际能源管理体制模式的比较认为,我国宏观能源管理体制应由目前分散的模式向集中的模式转变。建议我国设立国家能源部或类似的能源管理机构。
The problems of energy management sy stem of China in recent years were analyzed comparing with the international energy managemen t system.We can get the decision idea that it is important to strengthen th e macro-management of energy system i n China.So there should be a transformation from decentralized manageme nt to centralized management in China's energy macro-management system.
