摘要 锅炉的烟气污染是工业污染的重要项目之一,也是造成大气污染的重要因素(主要污染物有烟尘、SO2和NOx)。简要介绍了目前几种常见的脱硫脱氮方法,指出CFB锅炉的优越性。随后详细介绍了CFB锅炉的工作原理,并对CFB锅炉控制SO2和NOx排放的机理及主要影响因素进行了分析与探讨。CFB锅炉具有燃烧效率高,燃料适应性广,负荷调节灵活,环境保护性能好等优点,但是,已投运的CFB锅炉中石灰石脱硫系统几乎都没有投入运行,主要原因是脱硫系统设计还不成熟,运行成本比较大。 Combustion of coal in boiler furnaces gives rise to emission of particulates, sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides (SO2 and NOx) in large amounts, which leads to serious air pollution problems. In this work, a brief introduction on several control techniques for SO2 and NOx emissions was given, and CFB boilers were considered to be superior in lowering SO2 and NOx generation. The principle of operation of CFB boilers was depicted in detail, and the mechanisms of SO2 and NOx emission control and the factors, which have an effect on SO2 and NOx generation in CFB boiler furnaces, were analyzed.
