摘要
上海市的能源消费结构和美国、日本等发达国家的能源消费结构相比有着很大的差距,与我国能源消费结构相比,也有差距。上海市煤炭消费的比重高于全国平均水平,而天然气消费比重低于全国平均水平。为适应建设社会主义现代化国际大都市的要求,上海必须加快能源结构调整的步伐,控制煤炭的消费量,增加石油使用量,以“西气东送”、“西电东输”工程为契机,加大天然气和市外来电的比重,优化上海市的能源消费结构。
The energy consumption mix in Shanghai was compared with that of the USA and Japan and analyzed in this paper. The results showed that the energy structure of Shanghai is quite different from those of developed countries, and there exists also difference as compared with the national energy consumption mix. Coal accounts for a large percentage of the primary energy consumption in Shanghai, but in contrast natural gas plays an indifferent role in the primary energy structure. In order to rationalize the energy structure in Shanghai, coal consumption must be brought under control, and petroleum consumption ought to be increased. Moreover, with the accomplishment of the projects 搘est-to-east gas and power transfer? consumption of natural gas and electricity from the outside will increase significantly. The rationalization of the energy consumption mix will thus be achieved in 2005, and the environmental conditions will be improved distinctly.
